EskimoJoe..Krusty got it right, GIMP is by far the best out there for free, hell its better then some pay ones, there is another one called 'photofiltre' also free, it is good for quick work, resizing and what not, GIMP takes a bit of time to open, so if ya just wanna do some quick work GIMP is a PITA, photofiltre is very basic, get them both, whats awesome about GIMP, You can get addons, that allow you to work with other programs, I do a lot of 3d moddeling and gimp has a plugin that reads DDS files which is a texture file, much like the skins in AH, dont bother with any other graphics programs, trust me I did all the work in trying to find them already those two are all ya need
