The chassis is a Pz.III's , and the gun is a 105 howitzer, I think...But it isnt a StuGIII (this one has an open top, and the form on the superstructure doesnt match)...

I have no idea on how whas that thing called, so I would say it is

"PanzerIIIchassiswith105mmhowi tzer"

Its a PzII chassis with a Sig33 150mm howitzer.
