Intresting CODMW2 experience last night
« on: November 17, 2009, 09:39:46 AM »
So was on my PS3 last night, got 48 kills 3 deaths in a team death match, after the round the ENTIRE other team was cussing me out and calling me a "hacker" lol, now i will admit prolly 10 of those kills were from chopper, but still, i found it really funny when 6 people are cussing you out calling you hacker.  Again it was also on PS3, not even sure if you can hack on it rofl.

AND NO i don't not snipe..... Tar-21, silencer, scavenger, increase bullet dmg, and hip fire accuracy

oh and the following round ended up 32 kills 4 deaths i believe, and thats all gun kills, no killstreak kills  :rock

The other day I was playing with my friends in a party.  6 of us vs whoever else joined the game.

We were trying to see what all we could do if we communicated.

#1.  We decided to have an all knife round.  The 6 of us using knives against the other team with guns.  We let ourselves use special 'nades though.  We ended up winning (It was demolition!)
The coolest part was when they had armed the bomb at A, and we all just threw in all the special nades we had, knives "blazing(?)" and captured A within seconds.  The entire team was guarding A and we killed them with knives.  Then, promptly after that, we got 5 guys to stalk one of their players and lead him into a corner.  That worked out perfectly.

#2. We wanted to see what would happen if we unleashed ALL our killstreaks at once.  AC130+Attack Chopper+Stealth+3 Predator missiles+Chopper Gunner+Precision Airstrike...  The enemy was in our complete control for the rest of the game.

#3. Early on in the game I had gotten an EMP from a care package.  I decided to save it to see if the enemy would try to pull a #2 on us.  Halfway through the game, one of my friends got his first nuke ever.  He was so excited, nothing could've ruined his mood... Except for, say, an EMP just seconds before the nuke was about to detonate.

Yup, I'm a dick.

Seriously, they called hacks.  Imagine that.  Oh wait most of the people playing on consoles don't have a clue that the console versions can't be hacked.  And they wonder why the PC gamers look down on them.

That's why some console gamers are even more dumb than us PC gamers are...at least when some idiot yells hack on PC, it actually could be.

Console games can be hacked.  I specifically remember AIM bots that people used in Halo2.  I am sure that someone out there has done it, is doing it, and will continue to do it.

Much less common than in PC, though...

You're mistaken if you actually believe you can't hack online console games.

I love the COD games. My only problem with these types of FPS games are that I get tired of randomly dieing by a random dude that randomly throws a random 'nade randomly. I dont know why, but random deaths get on my nerves.  :furious

That is one way to do it, you used to see this a lot in SOCOM with the PS2.  There are mod chips that allow you to basically turn your console into a dev box which allows access to the debug features in a game that one would normally not be able to access.  The more expensive mod chips (these mod chips can cost up to a thousand dollars or more) also effectively bypass the security features that allow it to remain undetectable.  These chips also tend to be a little more difficult to put in as it does entail a little bit of re-wiring of the circuit board.

Consoles are certainly hackable. I've only seen it once myself on MW1 for the 360. One guy invincible with unlimited rounds per clip. Was funny seeing him book it straight down the middle of an airstike. :lol He even had "message me for details if you wanna hack too" on his profile.
