Squadron arena join option

Would it be possible to have a system that lets you join the arena where the most squadron wingmen are playing regardless of cap?

It's very annoying to come home and see Orange 271/100 | Blue 34/150 and via squadron voicecom you get that everyone is having a blast in Orange while you can wait for an hour or two to join them.

I am aware that some of the mega squads could abuse such a system but for us working-hour europeans who get off work a bit later then the cap sets in it's no joy to wait for half of our evening to play with our friends.

IMO, I feel that HTC should change the time when Oranges cap is put in place, maybe incease it by an hour.

This might help European players in Vips situation out a little more.
