Good greif, i took these pictures my self went to gerat pains to do so, had to schlep tose suckes to that table and put them back where they came from, sombody better get this right or I will go postal in the MA!

Well... from memory and I'm not diggin thru my books for these

They're Japanese cannon I believe, most likely Naval air services.

I think the one on the right is the Type 99 probably a -1 or maybe a -2.

The one on the left is the japanese 30mm class (I don't remember the exact caliber, maybe 37mm)

Tomorrow I will pull my books out and see if I'm even close

Type 99 Mk I and Mk II (both 20mm) based on the MGFF series. the longer barel is the Mk II, and yes that is the gun that is in the George, the pair as u see them would be the wing aramement in a Jack. The Same gun (type 99 Mk II) is also the 20mm cannon in our Zero, should htc see fit to give us an early war Zero the Type I would be the 20mm canon arament in it thean.

BTW thanks to the Oregon Military Museum and thier Staff for alowing me axcess to these remarkable pices

Just a thought: you ought to have better lighting - half the photo is black. The human eye is very good at adjusting to poor or artificial light but a camera isn't. A quick and easy trick is to have some white card or paper (A3 sized or larger) just out of camera-shot reflecting light onto the subject.

Yes, I got a lecture from the Girl at the photo shop

I had taken tons of pictures using natural light in the past ( mostly scenery) and felt confedent about taking these pic's untill I got team back

U all are looking at the beging of the learning curve for me

I was also using the wrong film type (Kodak).
I have been told that Fuji has a special type of film that is better suited to use for metal objects, Kodak being generaly suited to flesh tones.
