Might want to start getting some overtime in now so that you can replace them with Blue Ray.

I will never own a BluRay disc.  I refuse to support that industry.

Im curious why?

With prices on BluRay and HDDVD players having fallen to the reality level, I'm thinking of picking one of the two up as Christmas gift for the house, but I'm concerned I'll end up with a Betamax or Laserdisc player if I choose incorrectly.

I should mention that I'm not even close to an expert on the subject.

I really do not want to get into it as it would be a major highjack of this thread.

Bladerunner takes the cake for me.  I can't stand that movie.

And yet I know people who worship that movie like a cult.

I'd say it's a toss up between Convoy and Speed Racer.

Pffft... what could be worse than Sharon Stone, and Leonardo Decrapio in a western. I submit "the Quick and the Dead".

Ishtar...  Wow...  I actually saw that piece of crap in the theater.  Girl I was dating wanted to see it.  I never let her live that one down.  Another movie that I'd like to submit for consideration...

The Talented Mr. Ripley...

I walked out of theater after that with a  :huh.

I really liked the talented mr ripley. Very clever film. Deeply psychological, right up my street
