Stepping down from the CM team
« on: November 24, 2009, 09:52:30 PM »
I find my self needing to devote more time to RL at the current moment, so I have decided to step down from the CM team. Nothing bad or serious has happened but I just need to focus on a few things.

I just wanted to thank everyone for participating in my events while I was a CM.

I have appreciated all of your feedback, (good or bad) about my events and hope that you enjoyed them as much as possible.

If I can offer one piece of advice to some people who get frustrated in these special events it is this; they are what you make of them, nothing more nothing less. This goes for all the Aces High events I have participated in, not just FSO. If you are willing to put in some effort beforehand your enjoyment of that event will go up no matter if it's an FSO, Snapshot, Scenario or a AHXARL race.

Again, Thank you all for flying my events, and be sure to give me a check 6 in the MA's   ;)

:huh  :cry  :O Dang Baumer...can't say I don't understand. I took a 5 year hiatus from all gaming activity...jump back in when you get the opportunity.

I just want to say thanks to a guy who worked harder than anybody I know to get it right.  Thanks.

Good Job Baumer!
There must also be a flyable computer available for Nefarious to do FSO. So he doesn't keep talking about it for eight and a half hours on Friday night!

He just got sick of working with me. ;)

He sure did work hard to get it right. Spread sheets, percentages, ordnance on targets, you guys should see what he worked out to score the frames. Gave me a headache. Worried as much or more than any CM that players would enjoy his event. Kept telling him to be more like me. Throw something together and let the guns start blazing. Bound to have a good time and if they don't, tough. Go cry in the MA. :D
