lol kaz, you got a deal.

Junky, i dont know any rich punks :(

Here are a couple of shots of a beautifull animal, one of my favorite creatures.

But these crows were not best pleased to be disturbed so early in the morning. A couple of kites were buzzing through their nesting site and causing havoc.

Stalwart, I would love to enter something like that, thanks for the info. It tells me i have to pay for a membership to enter, so i may think about it for some time. Thanks for the kindness, I also think many people on that website are actualy very talented whereas i just go and click a few pictures sometimes and get lucky here and there.

I've been following this butterfly yesterday afternoon for few miles, abandoned my truck in "non stooping zone", jumped 2 fences, got chased by dogs but ...finally i put my Canon on him  :D

He was...  My family has a lake front cabin on 20 acres in Northern Wisconsin...  There is a tree that lightning struck and killed the top 1/3 many years ago.  The Eagles love to perch there, watching the lake for fish near the surface.  On this day, I had a 300mm f2.8 lens with a 2x teleconverter on a Canon 10d camera.  The Eagle was looking out over the lake, I snapped a few shots...  Then I whistled.  He looked directly at me.   Then I got the shot you see, eye to eye with the great bird.

The full resolution shot is really breath taking.
