I propose an idea. Let's be honest here, how many of you actually enjoy the C.202, or fly it more than twice a month with real success? Yeah, did not think so, therefore, I propose that we swap out the C.202 for the Romanian IAR-80. The IAR.81C was a Romanian fighter developed from 1943-1944, and spawned some of Romania's highest aces (some scoring into the 50's and 60's). The fighter was relatively light; only about 4,900 lbs, and carried 6 x 7.7mms, each housing 500 rounds. A show stopper? No, but neither is the Spit 5, yet people still enjoy it. IN addition to this, it could reach speeds of 342 mph, and was quite maneuverable and turned out to be a stable dogfighting platform. just a thought.
