ya, but i had gotten to a point in aw, that i was spending way too much time on it. when it went away was probably a blessing in disguise, as i didn't do any online flying till i stumbled upon ah. i think that was 2005 or so.
i have a better perspective on it now. it was/is a steep learning curve too, as i spent all my time there in the "relaxed realism" arenas.

this game is infinitly more fun than aw was, although i miss the fights with rocky, tuefl, and a few others.

The intention of my post was a stab at humor and its obviously lost on some, thankfully not all. To "Steve" I have been a paid subscriber since at least 2006, maybe longer I would have to look at my bank records. A "Newbie" I think not. An "Old Fart"? Most assuredly! I cant fly my way out of a paper bag. However it is fun, a nice diversion and at 50 cents a day a real bargin. Who could ask for more?

Punctuation and spelling, could be worse I suppose.

Even still... I think this is worth an IN.

Ive only been flying about a year and I appreciated every single bit of help I received.  When you first play the game there is a ton to digest and even more to remember.  Its not just squeakers, its 44 year old folks that need the help too and when you're new, you have NO idea what good or bad form is...you just wanna give flying a shot.

When you give the help that I received you help someone understand the game and pay the money...when new folks pay the money, you senior guys get the new, fancy cities, upgraded graphics, Hi Tech and Skuzzy's programming time, better planes, newer planes, etc etc etc...so the next time you decide to NOT answer a question or generally act like a love muffin to a new person who is making a decision to stay and pay or go, ask yourself this...do you like this game?  Do you want it to constantly improve?  If you answered yes to any of these questions, answer THEIR questions.  You might be the difference between all of us getting the M1A2 Abrams Main battle tank or a bathtub with golf cart wheels and a rubber-band stick launcher.  Grow up. :neener:
