dropping base supplies on strats

Dropping base suppplies on the strats does not work any longer in the new version.  The only thing it does it make your damage per sortie take a hit.  You get no perks or points.

Any one try it on HQ?

as far as i know the only thing you could resupply (in the past ) was ever strat execpt the city and now its all 1 big city

I tried it on the Industrial Zone and got 0 perks and a ditch for landing on concrete there.
