Skins Acceptance

Wooo just got the email from Skuzzy about 4 skins being accepted!  A Brew, F6F, B-17, and B-24 woo woo

Now if I could remember what they look like, my old hard drive is kind of fubared which means those files are hanging out there.

Darn shame 2 of them are in a "full" plane list. Poop. But at least Billy's Filly should be flyable soon! Yippie!

I had two other skins fall into the full category, and one that needed modified (some odd reason I forgot about the Swastika rule).  To bad its locked on my bad HD.

Yep, 5 skins submitted and accepted: two are Mk IXs (High Altitude Flight, and an RCAF Fighter Recon variant) so they will look great on the shelf at HTC seeing as how the Mk IX slot is full the other two RCAF Tiffies (439, 440) I did earlier but was too lazy to submit until it was too late for the last update, and an RCAF Fighter Recon Mk XIV.

I've been wondering if my I16 would be detailed enough what do you guys think? Don't be afraid to say no because that's probably the answer.

Received an acceptance message for a B25. I haven't heard anything about my P47Ms though.

Coprhead, I really got a kick out of that black B17. Absolutely wicked!

Actually Egg...I've started working on it...just havent decided whether to go bare metal or painted version. Also been really studying some B17 pictures for some real fine details.  My drafting table looks like a B-17 collage with all the pictures scattered

 We were talking last night about the bare metal "Shoo Shoo Baby"



From everything I have read, the only reason "Shoo Shoo Baby" is painted is due to the amount of metal work that was required to restore her.  I'm going to verify that with WPAFB.
