Greetings aces

So I have decided. I am coming back to AH - for a few f(l)ights at least. My rig is up in construction and my homemade simpit has been re-assembled...  :airplane:

Now, is there anyone left from the 'good' old days to help grandpa across the runway?  :old:  I know VoX is creeping around here and some of the JG2/JG54 pilots also. So here is your roll call!!!   :x

The last virtual plane I have flown was on a PS3 and the last time I touched a 190 was when I shoved a 1:600 model around a hex map so have pitty on me  :t

9./JG54 Kirin is back on duty (for now - err, starting in a week or two).   :salute

slightly o'topic: Also, are there any groundhogs familiar with ArmA2? Building a PC 'just' for AH seems a bit over the top...  :D

Welcome back! Just came back myself.  I was around at beta (when p51s was all we had), and stayed through to 2002 (?).  Found my ch stick when I cleaned up in the basement, and that was it.  Back in business.

Two names I think of when I see Kirin are Urchin and Fishu.  Oh the days when 90 people in the arena was a big crowd  :O

Just talked to my nerd friend. The PC is almost flyworthy - only waiting for the Gfx-card. Seems like they are outta stock for most midrange cards around here (e.g. GTX260/7570). But wow - we have some serious HOTAS around now. G940 is ordered - putting my Cougar to rest.
