Super Secret ME-163 Base Hacking Mishun

So last night, after being abandoned by my squad (I'm sorry for stealing your kills SHawk), Grizz PM's me with, "Hey you wanna join us Muppets on a super secret mission deep into Knit Territory?"
I say, "Sure!! I'll get the goon rolling."  
Six sectors later, the plan is coming together a little too perfectly, Agent360 calls out, "All buildings dead, town is 100% down, I swear on my bottle of Jack Daniel's!!"
So I release my troops, with them barely escaping a Knit 109 on the way to the maproom.  One by one they all go in, but nothing, no capture.
Apparently, the Muppets don't know the first rule of NOE captures, always check the churches!!  :devil
Luckily, I saved the day a half hour earlier by suggesting Bustr bring a back up goon, to which the Muppets replied, "Don't bother with another goon, it's a waste of time."
Anyway, Grizz wanted the film posted, so here it is:

Yep, all eight of us stealing the rocket base and then defending it for hours on end in some of the most intense action I've ever seen late night.  What a great fight, but keep on thinking in black and white and zeros and ones.   :aok

lol, we finally got that base! I had to log after we failed the get the church down and everyone but bustr was shot down, but to hear that we got it finally... lol awesome!

I believe the last count we had, was something close to 20 enemy 262s killed by our 163s  :banana:

LOL, I was wondering why the Muppets were rook all of a sudden rook again this morning and defending 168, and still rook when knits were badly outnumbered... guess this explains it!

<S> was fun getting clobbered by y'all this morning, at least I got a few of yas before I had to get off my rear and come to work!

Yep, we suck at taking bases.  I display that feather in my cap proudly.   :D

BTW, we would probably be more motivated to take bases if there were tangible advantages to doing so, like giving us rocket planes.   :noid
