Cant connect LW Blue..... Need Help

Greetings, well my problem is i can connect to all the arenas except LW Blue and if i can connect it takes 4 to 5 tries to where it connects, When i log into LW blue (or try) i will get in pull up the roster and will see just a few people, hit refresh nothing then i get a host connection lost i try this like i said about 4 to 5 times untill its stays connected (ill see text in the text buffer when i know im connected), BUT i can connect to all the other arenas with one click.  now this has started sense the last game update not the patches, im running XP pro 64bit all the drivers up to date, i can connect to any game i have for online play and this is puzzling me.

 now the things i have tried are, Complete formatt and XP Pro install (thought i might of had a bad file somewhere)   redownload the game (twice), Aceshigh is approved thru my firewall for access as well as my other games, <-- did that 3 times, drivers, blah blah blah, anyone know of some place i need to look, ive already read the sticky and have ran a tracert  50 to 70 mms to hightech for some reason its hard to connect to that server address.

I know you said you can connect with the other arenas, I just want to make sure. The server your trying to connect with is Axis vs Allies, Training, Dueling, Late War Blue: 206.16.60.41 and you CAN get into those other arenas? Be sure you allow access for the above address too.

Download the free version of pingplotter and set it to ping the above address and let it run for 5 or ten minutes. Your pings may be 50-70, but if your dropping a bunch of packets your not going to connect.

yea i can acess training,dueling ect. just have a terriable time with LW blue, ive changed a setting in my internet properties, there was a autoscrpt checked in the connection properties, i unchecked it and ive gotten in 2 for 2 now, so i think i got it fixed, if not ill let ya know.

That sounds like it might have been it. If your computer has to slow and check EVERY packet that comes in the game will never load up. Good luck!
