While I would agree that the scheme on the 109 is good camoflage for the mountains of AH, is there any historical justifacation for it. Other then the mottling on the fusalage and the interceptor spiral it almost looks like a tropical Brit colour scheme. Maby azure blue for undersides....

I talked to NAT about that and he said that will change..the color isn't the final version..

"Gerd" Barkhorn shot down almost 70 Soviet aircraft over Crimea and achived his personal aerial victories No. 200 on November 30, 1943 and No. 250 on February 13, 1944.
