Radio Scroll Bar

I would like to see the scroll slider when bringing the radio buffer up stay where you put it when moving down beyond default view, instead of popping up to the top so quick you can't get a good look, of course this only happens when a lot of people are in range or when a mission has a lot of participants that exceeds the standard length, this would be useful for many things such as PMing, Mission assignments and so on.

+1  I would love to see a longer message allowed for those who need specific things down range in a specific order.
