I've got 2200 bomber perkies to spend.  Make all bombers with bombsights formation enabled and all formations enabled through spending perkies.  By all means, add the carrier bombers to formations.

if i understood correctly you are looking for a carrier based bomber for formations?  JU88 is not carrier based so does not count......
