Mine is going out.  I have heard and read about people doing repairs to their CH gear.....how difficult is it to repair/replace this switch?

took me about 20 minutes. Handles comes apart nice, no surprises. I de-soldered a single switch from my old analog set and soldered it in and re assembled it. Works great. Another option is to replace the whole switch board, with all 4 switchs, which is how Homeboy "use" to do it.  :D
