Got reservations at the Harvey Suites:You can enjoy all the amenities at the hotel, which is just down the street.

Here's a URL for the hotel, looks cool, got a health and fitness spa (expect Kieren, if he makes it, and I in there in the mornings!) pool,kitchenettes and microwaves in room etc, etc. http://www.irvingtexas.com/html/harvey.html

See correction at bottom of paragraph I'm gonna need a room mate, as I have booked a double occupancy with double beds, non-smoking room. I've offered up room sharing to my squaddies first. If none of them are going, would anyone else be interested in rooming together? Cost is $139 a night, so your half would be $69.50 per night (3 nights) After talking with Yankee, its $89/ nite, so your half would be $44.50.[/b]

Did you ask for our Con rate? We have guaranteed an $89.00 per night room rate for con attendees. All of that info will be posted on the Con web page.

You also need to make sure that you tell them that you are with the HiTech Creations Group.

NP, guess I was just too eager to get reserved! I've been to 39 states in the US,but never been to Texas, just alittle anxious !

BTW, will someone (try) to beat me up if I wear my "We don't give a damn how they do it in Texas!" T-shirt to the con?

Is this the same hotel we had for the '98 WB con? If so are the vampires gonna make it? Also please make sure the pool table is in our area so we dont have to ummm errrr "liberate" it.

no,this isn't the same hotel as the 98 con. this one is across the street from that hotel, and they have some sort of NO VAMPIRE policy, so our little dark friends won't be joining us this year.

I'll check on the pooltable.
