Change ENY setup for perked planes/ B25H Cannon killshooter

Would it be possible to remove the ENY cap for perked planes? Say, if a country has an ENY of 10, set it up to be that one can still up a perked plane no matter WHAT the ENY is. I think it could help countries out at times when they have ENY disease because there's nobody home on one country, but the other two are going at it full blast.

Also, would it be possible to remove the killshooter for the B25H main Cannon? I have died too many times by shelling a PT boat when someone was next to it or attacking a town when other people were in it because of that killshooter.

The cannon is just like any other cannon, you remove it on the 25 you remove it on tanks, no.

removing the kill shooter not a good idea for some planes.  btw i just got killed yesterday by diving into town full of m3/troops and managed to hit a friendly first, that's life  .

however it would be cool to remove the eny limit for perked planes.  or at least for gv's, all gv's.  lately seems the rooks have 120 people on, while only about 60 are flying at any time.  couldnt even up gv's due to eny.  fine if you want to limit flight, but gv's? dont make sense.  dont bother mentioning about switching countries, the nites usually switch to rooks (some) then they go to sleep.

the unlucky guy that cuts in front of me while im firing on the con will die a miserable death and i will still get the chance to get my legit kill....

oh and as far as the ENY question i think they should make the eny depend on what field you up from... example being bish are the low number country causing the ENY spike, if you up from a field that is in proximity of  a bish field ENY restriction will apply but if you up on the other side of the map it will not....  does that make sense?

I dont suppose you considered thats part of the reasoning for killshooter to begin with?

what exactly would prevent a person from switching sides and shooting down players just to slow their advance?

so instead of switching countries and sitting in tower....... now they switch countries and join missions....... sit on the runway as everyone starts to roll in front of them and squeeze the trigger......... 20 instant kills

killing players in your own country should not count for your score or even register, they just die.  I dont think you understood what i was saying about the ENY issue.

And that guy, or any squaddy or friend of him, will just shoot you down when you are about to land your 5 kills in a 262. Or some n00b who doesn't know who's the enemy. Your goon will get shot down by someone who just switched sides. Players attack other "green" cons just because they can: "Hey dude, all fun!".

guess i didnt consider im playing with a bunch of children     your point of switching countries brings up a whole new issue lol  i dont feel it should be allowed the way it is now.  if you switch you should be stuck rest of the map.  would solve that problem...

Unfortunately that wouldn't fix players killing you because they don't like you or 100 other silly reasons. You would have to treat every green con as a potential enemy. In other words: Not practicable
(DA had once killshooter off. Didn't work even there. Go figure)

guess its just a sad situation then....  i personally feel it takes away from the game itself, makes it to "gamey"

forcing switchers to stay on a country for the duration of a map would not fix that or any problem........ it in fact would create larger problems...... mostly in regards to the ENY that your not happy with

so a ton of players switch to rook because theyre getting steamrolled and want to spoil rook ENY....... if the map doesnt get reset then who is being punished? the rooks........ because now that ENY will be there until the end of the map

there will always be a certain segment who switch just to upset ENY.......typically a higher number than those who will switch to fix it...... but then that brings about another issue........

if rooks have a high ENY and some players switch to the lower country (the supposed purpose behind ENY)...... now they are stuck on that other country for the duration of the map...... even after the ENY is settled.......... now you have players on a country that arent normally there..... so when that countries normal players are all on....... they will now have ENY......and the players who normally switch for the purpose of equalizing ENY cant because theyre stuck on that country for the duration of the map

Im not saying I have the answers...... just pointing out why that answer wont work

maybe prohibiting switching to a country that already has ENY might have some effect

your pointing out why that answer wont work in your opinion.  i personally dont have a problem with ENY as i dont fly anything that is usually affected.  the country switching as you explain it is what bugs me the most.  I can count on 1 hand the number of times i have switched countries in the 10 years total that i have been playing this game.  When i left the game for a 2 year period and came back, still went to the same country.  Its just a game plain and simple and you cant make everyone happy.  All are valid points if looked at from a "game" standpoint.
