That looks awesome Von! You've got to be loving that setup.
Getting there............. it'd been a long road with all the planning, welding, plumbing and carrying 200 lbs of steel on top of my (soft top) jeep
I'm going to go either all electric or natural gas (i already have it in the house)/electric hybrid, but either way, the propane has got to go. NG is about 1/3 the price and I don't have to run for a new tank in the middle of the boil.
I'll probably set up a HERMS system with my immersion chiller winding up as the heat exchanger in the hot water tank (I'm going to get a plate chiller in the next week or so)
I still have to get my other keg ready for conversion to a hot water tank (currently using a 1/2 keg, but I have to refill it for sparging for 10 gal batches) I have the fittings, but my buddy has to weld it since I don't have a TIG welder and can't do sanitary welds (who wants a rusty weld, right?) Also my mash tun for 10 gal batches is huge (30 gallons)

So far, I have shaved about 2 hours off of a 10 gallon brew session, but my mash efficiency has suffered by about 5-10% as I do not have a reliable way of maintaining a constant mash temp, and I'm still trying to dial in my strike water and dough-in temps.
That will also soon be fixed. When I get set-up for HERMS, I'm gonna control the whole process with the crown jewel...........
