P-40
« on: January 10, 2010, 10:28:03 AM »
The cockpits of the 109's, Spits, F4U's and others are indeed outstanding. It surely wouild be great to have the cockpit updated in the P-40's.

Respectfully,
P40E

Im not sure how old the P40 we have now is but I think they should use Snailmans charts on what people fly the most when thinking about re-doing an aircraft..........which it seems they are :noid

I have utmost confidence in HTCs ability to figure out the usage numbers from their own database without having to use my petty charts ;)

Yeah, but the P-40 is pretty heavily used in events and a super-nifty new cockpit for it would  :rock
"Crikey, sir. I'm looking forward to today. Up diddly up, down diddly down, whoops, poop, twiddly dee - decent scrap with the fiendish Red Baron - bit of a jolly old crash landing behind enemy lines - capture, torture, escape, and then back home in time for tea and medals."

I certainly would enjoy a redesigned interactive cockpit for the P-40.

Thanks guys for the backup.

The P-40E is all I  :airplane:

My late uncle was a member of the Flying Tigers in China and I fly it in honor of him and those who served in the AVG.  He was the Communications Officer and after the war he and some fellow members started a Flying Tiger Museum in San Diego.
