Anyone use flash drive for ready boost?

Just checking if anyone has tried it,and what they think about it's effectiveness.I have three eight gig flash drives plugged in,and I can''t really tell for sure if it's helping.Ideas,thoughts, etc?

It has been pretty well documented that "ReadyBoost" incurs more overhead for the system which offsets any potential gains it might afford.
