Great AXIS mission to A3 (Frame 2)

<S> to the 327th and (KOOL) for getting his bombers up and to target, pre planning and coordination's.

<S> to VFA-169 and VF-17 very good defense inside the bomber formation that saved many of the 327th planes

The 325th VFG always enjoys working with squads that plan your actions and do what they say they will and provide good command and control.  Appreciate all of the support and it made for a easy and fun mission.

Mission was just a good old fashion heavy bomber mission with escorts.  But you can't beat them 

<S> to the FB's and Unforgiven for a great defense in and around A3.  Hopfully we provided a hard target for you to find, attack and get kills on.

The plane set and side numbers were pretty evenly matched and it made for a really good 50 mile running gun battle.

And to the 2 YAK's that chased me in my 190 from A3 to A2 <S>.  Very intense 40 mile run to safety and escape.

Looked good from the allied side. Quite a cloud you sent us at A3. We found you over a sector out but wasn't a lot we could do with that. Loved the attempt to bomb through all those wind layers. That worked out well. For us anyway

It DID look good tho really.

The Axis side did a great job with time management.   Waiting till T+55 to hit the target.

I would guess a huge portion of the defense wasn't at home at A3 due to Fuel issues.   


I really did not enjoy flying at half throttle 2 to 3 sectors away to get to target....wait for an attack... and have to worry about trying to get back.  I'm sorry but the Yak was not fun to fly in those conditions.
