First get a photobucket account. Then copy the img url to the forum. You should have posted this in "Films and Sreenshots" forum. Not that it doesn't relate to this forum in a way but that there is more help there.

1. Get yourself a server which will host the pictures for you. ImageShack and PhotoBucket are popular in this area.
2. Get the direct link to the image.
3. Copy that link and paste it into a response here inside the following two tags:
[img] Link Goes Here [/img]

Example:

[img]http://www.flamethink.com/images/stories/haiti_earthquake_xlat120_t300.jpg[/img]

Becomes:
