Our old "G10" was about as over-modeled as the Wirb was before they reduced the turret rotation speeds.

Not even the "best" and cleanest G10s got that kind of performance. Most were quite a bit slower. It was only a label "G10" -- never the actual plane.

I know its not a D model, but if this thing flew and fought yes, I would condone it :) :



I believe that isn't even a Pony, but rather an A-(36?) Apache. It did, however, see combat, though with an Allison engine rather than the Merlin that made the pony famous. This was a ground attack aircraft.

So far from being a P-51B/D that it is absurd to compare.
