From my 234.

A fix is needed than as the cannons in the 234 were only capable of firing to the dead 6. Besides, why is there cannons as the canons were only fitted to test a/c, so should be deleted.

No they weren't. Guess we should take out the P51 too or something in the MA since they didn't shoot at eachother in real war.

I flipped my rudder to the left while firing...if you don't believe I'll be glad to show you. :)

Not from you, be sure. :) If rudder was used, then the fuselage would turn and the guns would STILL be firing dead astern. :devil

If you put in left rudder, the a/c would have turned left pointing the tail to the right. :O Hard to hit an a/c that is at the 7 o'clock position. :x

By ruddering left I meant swinging the plane left while looking backwards, which is normally the way im looking anyway. So technically you are turning right.

First time I upped a 262 and got off the gound with it, I got shot down by an arado. I was dumb and came it dead 6 on it. That was really embarassing when people found out. Squadies started blabbing.

I only fly the 262 on the deck, looking for unweary pilots gone to the kitchen to get a snack.
:aok A rare display of honesty among 262 sticks!

For the Me 262 experten, there is the upcoming scenario "The Final Battle".  You can come teach late-war allied planes a lesson -- if you've got the teaching ability. :)

only thing that bothers me in AH 262 is the total carefree engine management. You can increase or reduce your throttle practically numerous times in a sec and your engine keep working like nothing happent. In RL that was not the case. The engine management required almost all off the pilot dedication plus he had to be real gentle when he touched the throttle otherwise the engine would suffer by overheats or even totally failure. I'm afraid that 262 engine management in AH is not realistic.
