Or at least mine does.If I remember right, GrnEagle, you mentioned having on-board Video. You're gonna have troubles getting much in the way of good frame-rates anyways if that's true. Just be sure to run really low settings (256 texture, no AA, 1/4 sliders or so,
only Bump-map option selected in Advanced).
One thing to do to help Frame-rates, and overall system speed is to open "Msconfig" (Start>run>msconfig) and go to the "Start-up" and "Services" tab and unselect anything you
know you can
safely turn off. Most computers will end up having a bunch of things start-up that aren't needed like "CTSched" I think is one on mine, it's a Creative Registration reminder and is un-needed. If you use the Msconfig way, Google everything before you turn it off, and check multiple sites since some will say everything out there is spyware/malware/trojan (clearly a lie). The thing with most gamebooster type things (Only used a few so I can't be sure of them all) is that once you're done gaming it re-opens the programs, even the ones you never use and with MSconfig you can turn them off permanently until you need them.
