To any and all...

What is the deal with trains?

Do you have to have a train group present to allow strat regeneration of a factory?

If you left out the trains altogether what happens?

Back in H2H we rarely used any form of a strat system. Then again, war only lasted 2 hours max. I believe objects rebuilt themselves in about 30 minutes, dependent on arena settings.
