Love this show.  Yes, the hosts may say thing at times, but they ARE the show.  It would not be Top Gear without the three of them.

Still one of my favorite shows on TV.

The Vietnam special would probably have to be my favorite.  I also enjoyed the review Clarkson did of the world's smallest production car, and he drove it right into the BBC offices, then drove it to a meeting on BBC environmental policy. :)

Michael Schumacher revealed as The Stig!!!!!!!!

Personally I'm a bit surprised they revealed him, considering the last Stig's unveiling...

Does it effect the outcome of any of the lap times, or effect how people view their review of the cars? I don't think so. I don't think there could be a more qualified driver.

anyone's thoughts?

i don't think he's really the stig.

notice his driving suit was different. as were his gloves, and shoes. he walked, moved and stood differently too.

That show would be great if they got rid of the british hosts. I can't stand to listen to them for an entire hour.

see....to me, they make the show.

they're the middle aged british three stooges of the car world.

The American version with Adam Carolla as the lead host, did not get picked up by the Speed Network.  Those who have seen it said it was far better than the Australian Top Gear, and very close to the English Top Gear.  Last time I chatted with Adam, he said there was talk of another network possibly picking it up, but he wasn't too confident of anything coming from that.

Too bad BBC America is a full season behind the actual BBC :( The Stig gag with Schumacher is already a year old.

On the contrary, I think JC, Captain Slow and The Hamster are what make the show what it is.
