MAG: Massive Action Game for the PS3

MAG is for ground combat like AH is for air combat. large, objective based first person shooter.
seems interesting enough for me to consider buying a console.

Drop that game now. Get BattleField Bad Company 2 witch i am i threw Star Trek Online out for this game and i may say it looks great

From what I've heard from some friends that still work at SCEA, it's actually a pretty tight game but lag can be pretty bad as the numbers go above 64+ in battles.

I also heard it takes waay too many shots to kill first off, before leveling and getting weapon upgrades. 30 shots? 10x worse than Bad company. I don't know if it is true though, maybe ask your friends?

I'm glad BFBC2 will have a pc release. So disappointed in BF1943 and the one year later release on pc(which has yet to come out).

From that video it looks like the muzzle flash on the gun would get really annoying, after you start shooting you can barely see what your shooting at.

 :rofl poor attempt to do something us computer gamers have been doing for years...Delta Force, VietCong, MoHAA, Battlefield, CoD...the last 2 pc versions of CoD allowed up to 50 or 60 players at a time on a server and in search and destroy mode using a realism mod...kick butt.









Too bad I'm tired of it after too many years... :rolleyes:

My friend wants to buy a PS3 just for MAG. I keep telling him if he gets a PS3 then to get BFBC2, or maybe MW2.

I've played some of the Beta's, and to me it was like any other game like this, just in a much larger number. What I did like though was that it gave reason for rank, as now those people have autourity and I guess if they don't lead right, they will be forced out.

Good idea, it was fun.

leadership is wack, most the time the idiots in charge don't have a mic and don't know how to use the leadership commands and extras. I'm trying to get used to MW2 again after 3 weeks of this cluster F***
