LVT's and wind
« on: January 27, 2010, 05:02:05 PM »
if you have wind on at sea level LVT's get blown away and can not drive in the water.... FYI
so taking a base by LVT is almost imposable especally if you can not put the CV up wind.

Wind also does not work correctly with aircraft landing/taking off either. It's simply lateral movement of all things "sideways" rather than a force that will be countered by friction between wheels and ground, and so forth. Wind doesn't work below 2k, so best not to use it below 2k.

I'd say 1k, or .5k, but wind only goes in 2k increments, 0-2 being the first.
