This scenario is late war, Luftwaffe vs. the British 2nd Tactical Air Force, Bomber Command, Royal Navy, and Coastal Command.  Over the North Sea, Norway, and Denmark.

Join the mighty Luftwaffe today!

Methinks that late in WW2 was a poor time for Luftwaffe recruitment - there was no future in it - so I'd recommend joining up with the Allies.
