Straffo,
The VVS is getting the La7.  There is also supposedly an entirely new aircraft in 1.06 that has not been announced yet.  Maybe an Il2-M3.

Il-10 is sure to be modeled soon, after all it is very important type and msot used ground attack plane. As much I would like to see G-2 kanonenvogel Stuka or Hs 129 I must admit that Il-2 would be as nice to have.

I must admit I am happy the Germans got the F8, but i am also kind of disapointed that this may of been at the expense of Japan or Itatly or the VVS....howeaver I dont think it burned up too much of NATEDOG's time since it is a varient (or is it a mod?), paitence is a virtue hopefully we wil get some planes for the neglected countries....

Wait, now I'm confused.  Wasn't the perk plane for 1.06 going to be the Tempest?  Is there yet another new aircraft otw for 1.06?

So far there already ARE two new planes.  The Arado 234, and the Tempest.

And two varients of existing aircraft, the La-7 and the Fw190F8.

There probably is more things on the way.

Hans.

Some people claim the Tempest is a "mod" not a new plane.

F8 is obviously a variant, and the Ar234 a "new plane" but as for everything else, I haven't the foggiest idea what something is, a "variant" a "mod" or a "new plane".

At the expense of the VVS?

Well the Jerries have LACKED a good groundpounder for a VERY long time.

If anything, the VVS has lost out because of all those damned allied dweebhicles

Santa,

What is the current VVS groundpounder?

This despite the fact that they had one of the very best.........

Yep, VVS in AH have been getting the short stick on this one so far... In real life VVS had specialized low alt fighters without unneccsary bomb racks which would degrade performance because ground attack work was done mostly by Il-2 and by Pe-2 to some extent.

Over 35 000 Il's were produced. Hopefully we see it soon!

Toad what I am saying is the LW lacked on badly.

LW did not get it on the cost of the VVS; the allieds got more groundpounders on the cost of VVS and the LW

VVS got a new LA-7, nice that the LW gets a variant too
