Yes, of a sort. I heard of a squadron of Lightnings that attacked a destroyer in the Pacific. One of them sliced a foot and a half of wing off on the destroyer's radio antenna. He flew back with a great deal of difficulty. In AH, I lose half a wing and the engine on the same side and I can land the sucker. It's tough, but not impossible. I've landed a C47 with half a wing as well, back in 1.02. This is odd, no?
