Our Ju-88 A4 is from KG-51 Edelweiss, but it looks like the Staffel call code is off. Using
this here page I found out the
9K marking stands for KG-51. I raided good old LRG at
this page and discovered the red T marking might be off. In english now: our Ju-88 has the call code
9K+TN. The
9K stands for KG-51, while the
TN should give the Gruppe and Staffel numbers. At the above LRG page I found there isn't any unit marking with a red T. There's a yellow T, a red N, but not a red T. Could be a minor SNAFU, which is why I'm posting.
