Wind change for frames 2 and 3 please note.

- Wind: 0-10K NW TO SE - Speed 5
        10K-18K W TO E - Speed 10
        18k-26K W TO E - Speed 20
        26k+ SW TO NE - Speed 40

I am changing the settings as above. If you want to fly at high alt go ahead, but there will be a higher cross wind. I have thought about this, and I am happier with this as the lesser of the other alternatives available. I know I wont please everybody, but thats the way it goes.

Just a thought, is it possible that you can get the weather report of the area during that time?  Then add it on to the event?

If it's modeled properly, when you drop bombs they accelerate at 32 feet per second, per second.   ;)

So what's their terminal velocity? Bombs don't continue accelerating all the way to the ground, do they?

Hummm, i do not think they will increase in speed.  The only thing that is pushing them to the earth is gravity. And gravity stays consisten.  But you have a good question there, saxman.

I'm sure I entered something wrong but for a 250kg bomb I got 83.3971 meters/second. But that has to assume that air density doesn't change until it hits the ground.

Objects accelerate at 9.8m/s^2 until they reach their terminal velocity. That's gravity :)

Not according to today's physics community.  The theory now is that gravity is a force that PUSHES inward on all objects in the universe.  The more mass the object has, the more force is applied to it.  But I am no physicist  :huh  But it has something to do with the theories they are coming up with that try to define the origins of the universe, rate of expansion, blah... blah, blah... blah, blah.

All I really need to know is that if the roadrunner drops the anvil off a cliff, it will hit the coyote and turn him into an accordion.
