Fuel Consumption, Manifold Pressure, and RPM
« Reply #15 on: October 16, 2000, 06:21:00 AM »
I did some tests for all the planes during 1.04p2. I didn't test any of the economic burn rates, just fuel endurance at full power (100% or WEP, you choose, it turns out they use same burn rate)

To wingnut I can tell that the 190's use up their DT in 29min (12min in MA) and the 109 do it in 37min (15min in MA)

The tables are offered at the front page here

 http://naca.larc.nasa.gov/reports/1945/naca-wr-e-192/naca-wr-e-192.pdf

That NACA doc confirms the data in the Fw 190A-8 manual funked posted is correctly stating the fuel burn at various engine power settings.

It also provides alot of other technical info that HTC could possibly use to help fix the cruise performance of the Fw 190A in AH.
