I see that I forgot to get the wife some flowers for Valentines day and I'm blue about it.

I guess a little poetic never hurt anyone.

Misty fog gently creeps through the valleys of green hills lightly misted with the morning dew.  The first golden rays of sunshine are just starting to peak above the crests.  Fragrant flowers fill the air with scents reminding me of my wife sleeping in my arms.

As the sun falls below the limb of the horizon in the west the world is slowly bathed in shades of indigo. Looking up into the tree above its many-fingered hands stood out darkly against the tiwilit sky beyond, each tipped with clusters of small five-petalled flowers nodding in the cool evening breeze, like many small stars winking in the fading light.
Ron White says you can't fix stupid. I beg to differ. Stupid will usually sort itself out, it's just a matter of making sure you're not close enough to become collateral damage.

The blossoms of love that have sprouted during my life.  But alas, those blooms in the picture will wither to dust one day; just as those many loves of mine that erupted in wondrous splendor, died until the one true flower of my life was left for me to gaze upon.

As dawn drifts gently over the sleeping landscape.
Cherry petals drift gently down to settle on my love and I.
