To give the C.205 & 202 <desert camouflage> someone to fly with why not change one of the 109's colour scheme to honor the Afrika Korps.  Possibly Lt. Hans Marseille's Bf 109F-4/Z Trop "Yellow 14".  Basically with (4) 109 variants to choose from and all the theatres the 109 saw action I think you should mix it up a bit.

Jochen's Bf 109F-4/trop "Yellow 14" was modeled in WB and I think this kind of ruled out possibility to use it in AH. It sure would nice to see some rare LW schemes like eastern front winter scehemes

I like both ideas.

Desert Camo, and the Winter Camo both are quite visually appealing to me.

But then again I'm a dweeb

Actually the AH C.205V camo is too much desert-ish. Sometimes I feel like a neon against the green terrain.

C.205V's operating during 1943 from southern Italy had a Mediterranean camo, with "nocciola chiaro" and olive drab rings.

"And one of the finest aircraft I ever flew was the Macchi C.205. Oh, beautiful. And here you had the perfect combination of italian styling and german engineering .... it really was a delight to fly ... and we did tests on it and were most impressed." - Captain Eric Brown

Heres an idea for HT..

Allow a theatre color scheme choice button <Europe=greens, Africa=browns, Russian Front=whites> and that will drive the terrain and camo's.  We still all fly in 1 arena, we just all see things in a slightly  different reality.
Couldn't be too hard for the HT crew to figure out.

Sometimes I'm feelin in a wintery mood or purhaps long for a more arid environment.

This would satisfy those mood swings.

Though, most planes looks to me like big dot from distance
Even those shiny P-51s have big shiny dot over them... (until some 3-4k distance)

They already have a Med paint scheme for the 109...it was in the open beta. However, I don't specifically remember which scheme it was. If I recall correctly, it had the tan and green upper surfaces with a light blue/gray undersurface (Duck Egg blue?)..
We are going to need all those new paint schemes when the terrain editor is released.

Maybe HTC will release the `Paint Layouts' for the planes so the players can make paint schemes to help HTC out, but only let HTC add them in the game after Natedog and Superfly have given them the thumbs up. (Of course, you would be able to fly them in offline mode to `test' the scheme before you submitted it.) That way we could get more schemes in without over working HTC too much.

The beta 109g10 was a late war NWE scheme with a representation of the mysterios RLM 84 on the sides. This is a very tanish blue colour.
But it did look alot like a brit med scheme.

Some of you seem confused about which Bf109f4 scheme we should have. Relax I will clarify it for ya.
Open Luftwaffe Fighter Aces in Profile to page 37. Our plane is on the bottom.
Yellow 4. Flown by Ofw von Boremski. 9/JG3 may 1942
Rlm 74-71-79 over Rlm 65.
Yellow under cowl and wingtips, yellow fuselage band.
Yellow 14(marseille) sits tamely on the previos page.
