I think this is an invalid point seeing the best (by rank/possibly by duels) fighter pilot in the game is the biggest tator dweeb in the world....the difference between tators and say....hispanos is you actually have to practice using ACM to set up shots.
I suppose it depends on your point of view.
I'm talkin shots out to 600 yards perhaps further, which can be a big assist in high alt escorted buffs situation or even down low ina big furball.
As to the ACM remark ... that's all very nice, but SEVERAL things MUST be considered with such a statement... CONNECTION, LAG, VID CARD, VID SETTINGS, PACKET LOSS, want more? Smoothing CODE? THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE ONLINE MAKES A BIG DIFFERENCE FOR ME! 150 people in the arena and I can shoot down 3 or 4 planes using a 109G2 with just the hub cannon! 350 people in the arena creates an entirely different situation and I better take up something with many guns and lots of HOPE!
I have had CONNECTION issues for over 5 years that AT&T still refuses to fix! I get packets loss that varies but can be as high as 100% depending on the arena! The route for me to each arena is different. And I get the most trouble with ORANGE as the address SEEMS to ALWAYS go through the BAD hop at RENO NV. This changes depending on how Skuzzy sets the arena for a given period of time.
So a short burst of 30mm that is aimed at a plane that MIGHT be where I see it and MIGHT be 1/10 of a second further or closer to me then I see OFTEN MISSES in the strangest manner!
I can be 200 yards dead 6 with the sight on the target and the shot goes wide or low or high or where ever AND MISS with all 65 rounds even if the other guy is flyin straight and level.
Every now and then it looks like the shot goes right through em and NOTHING HAPPENS!
Half the time I get more kills using the 13mm's then the 30.
So how does the 20mm hub seem better with this situation? More ammo, better trajectory, and higher velocity.
PLEASE DON'T start with the use the G14 crap! Been through that with Kursty! NO our G14 is NOT comparable to a G10! IF you go look at different sites and STUDY the specs you will see that the G14 we have is closest to the GROUND attack version of the G14 used by the LW. And the reported speed of the G14 is for OTD AND I have NOT been able to get our G14 up to reported best speed at alt AND our g14 is about 50mph slower at it's best speed then a K4s best speed AND the G10 is approximately 25 mph slower then the K4 at their best speed!
AND it has acceleration issues! As it it takes for EVER to get you speed back in a G14! SO a G6 or even a G2 will eat it for a snack and then continue on BECAUSE the G14 can NOT accelerate fast enough to get away from the better turning, and better low speed handling, G6 or G2.
So FYI I don't CARE what YOUR so called BEST stick in the game does as your statement is at best STILL your opinion and it IGNORES FAR TOO MANY VERY REAL ISSUES that affect game play.
