Week of 2/18/10 setup
« on: February 17, 2010, 09:50:48 PM »
I'm gonna take a chance and see if we get any participation. This week in the AVA...Jaeagers' War! This is my own scenario.

Aircraft:

Allied Aircraft
Bombers:
A20
B26

Fighters:
P38L
P47-D25
P51D
Spit 14
Mossie
LA-7
Tempest
Typhoon

Transport:
C47

Vehicles:
M3
M8
M16
Firefly
T34

Axis
Bombers:
AR-234
JU-88
JU-87

Fighters:
BF109-F4
BF109-g14
BF109-K4
BF110-G2
FW190-A8
FW190-D9
ME262
ME163

Transport:
C47

Vehicles:
Panzer
Tiger
Wirble
Ostwind
SDKFZ-251

Map Rhinewin
low radar settings
no icon below 500feet
30 troops to capture bases

Each Night, by 6PM EST, 4 objectives will be released. 2 for Axis and 2 for allies. if it is a Base, it must be captured or almost all the way down by 12AM EST. If it is a Strat it must be Below 25% to be considered a Success. Each objective is worth 5points. if you do not complete an objective, no points will be awarded for that particular objective and no points are taken away either.

Please Note****---Vehicle bases will have fighters enabled.
Please Note****---Bombers will be in second row bases, not front line bases
Please Note****---AR234's, Me262's,ME163's and Tempests in furthest Back Bases. if you want em, you'll have to work for them.

NOTE***---Any base captured or taken down or any strat taken down that is NOT an objective will cost attacking side 2 points.

Next Wednesday Night February 24, 2010 at 9pm EST, i will head a mission for the Axis side. i will need a commander for the Allied side to co-ordinate Allied resources.
The axis will be attacking a single target in AR-234's, and 262's and some 163's

Jump in any night and have at it. i will check maps each night at 12pm EST. your objective(s) must be down at that time to count.

Good luck and have fun!

when is this going to be setup?

If an objective base is captured, can the other side recapture it before times up?

Other wise it could be all over by the time some get in there.

i will count it at 12am EST. at whatever status it is at that time. i will use that as a measure, that way late comers have a chance.

if it has to be recaptured 3 or 4 times, that much more fun!!

Yes, just like a regular arena, although some of us set up times to meet.

i will count it at 12am EST. at whatever status it is at that time. i will use that as a measure, that way late comers have a chance.

if it has to be recaptured 3 or 4 times, that much more fun!!

I am optimistic about this one.

yes, you can come and go as you please, bring friends. some objectives are close, so are not. this is to encourage bombing missions and base capture. it will take concerted efforts to be victorious. fighting could be very intense due to the fact that fighters will be enabled at vehicle bases. it will be no easy feat to capture a base without a group effort!

The more I think about it the more I want to go and just fly fighter sweeps looking for mbomber missions in there. I am sure I can get a few of my buddies to join in also.

Where do you find the objectives once they're released? In the arena, or on here? Thx
