Relief tube in the P38
« on: February 21, 2010, 02:12:05 AM »
I think it's a travesty that HTC hasn't modeled the relief tube in the cockpit of the P38.  What is my cartoon pilot to do on those long missions?   :furious

Use the blender. Careful it's not plugged in though. Trust me, I knew a guy.. Well, lets just say she was never quite the same after that sortie  :(

the fact that you could use a relief tube in the AH 38 indicates that the cockpit heater is over modeled.

The relief tube in the Mosquito was bigger.

That is all.
... missions were to be met by the commitment of alerted swarms of fighters, composed of Me 109's and Fw 190's, that were strategically based to protect industrial installations. The inferior capabilities of these fighters against the Mosquitoes made this a hopeless and uneconomical effort. 1.JD KTB

Then again you had to sit on it, unlike the 38's which was between the stick and the.. stick, so to speak.

Ask Traveler, I'm sure he has info on which 38's had which types and how to get them added to the game.

Only because they hoped to catch some of it while they sprayed it all around the place.
