Dood. Hate to break it to you but check out the news on the front page

"We have decided to put WW-I on an indefinite hold. The reason for this is that
we have decided that it is better to steer our development in a way that allows
us to implement our WW-I developments first as part of the regular game.
The way we’ve been going has stretched us too thin and has hurt our overall
level of productivity. It also has handcuffed us in a lot of our development
decisions by forcing us to indefinitely postpone a lot of other things such as
power-ups, the B-29 and DO-335 as well as future nuclear weapons for LW
use.
Our biggest obstacle with WW-I was adding enough to make it fun and
immersive. While a basic structure is there with just the four aircraft, there’s a
ton of detail work to be done to reach that end goal. Without it, it just has too
little to engage players and hold their attention for long. Thank you Shuffler for
your incredible foresight on that!
What this all means for now is that we are going to focus on more AW-5
development. We’re going to pull the WW-I damage model and redevelop it for
use in the DA. We’re working on new models of the Spitfire, ME-109 and P-47
as well as more terrain colors and beach art (with clothing optional settings).
We want to implement a parachute character animation system so that when
he is shot he slumps or if hit by cannon it's a meatbomb explosion.
We want to bring back the old 8 player H2H but expand it both in the number
of players to 4, with additional capabilities (see power-up fature above) and a
virtual "bar" that says you must be "this tall" to play this game."
