I see a problem though. Not all the pilots are male.

In this case in order to be fair, we need to add gender to the pilot attributes. When the pilot is female, then on the runway we see:

Careful there... Gender is psychological, sex is physical. Therefore it's entirely possible to have female pilots with a masculine (male) gender.

These girls are kept in top condition for wishes such as these.
