Recruiting for Jasta 15, Gontermann's 'Blue Birds'. Flew the Albatros series, Fokker Dr.I and Fokker D.VII, as well as a few examples of the Siemens D-series and other lesser known types. the famous Albatroses and D.VIIs of JGII with the dark blue fuselage and bright red nose were Jasta 15! (originally it belonged to Jasta 18, but the whole roster of Jasta 18 and Jasta 15 were switched at one point, the color scheme coming along with them)
They produced 15 'aces' (either of their own or aces who served part of their tours with the Jasta), were credited with over 150 kills, lost seven pilots in action and two more killed in flying accidents, four injured or wounded in action, and two more lost as POWs. They were organized and activated at the front in October of 1916 and fought non-stop until the last day of the war.
Looking for both experienced and newer fliers, preferably those with a sincere interest in the German Imperial Air Service and who want to use real tactics and strategies, and who fly to survive and fight to win!
