In Sweden the Real estate brokers share the interest rate profit with the banks for the first two years. This just been uncovered over here. It is illigal but noone is putting a effort into stopping it.
It provides a interest conflict when real estate brokers chooses to sell to the person who will take the biggest loan. If someone can forward this to some newspapers in your countries i think it would great. Also it incites the real estate brokers to make false bids, in the bidding process.
Greed is good and all, but this is just "up the walls" so to speak.
