The cowling looks to close to the spinner, and also too round... should be more egg-shaped. The spinner is too long as well.

anyway, nice job, aside from the cowling.

I really hope your not confusing the cowl cooling flaps being open on the real life shot as what it looks like all the time?
I went back and forth from the AH TB and the RL shot and it looks pretty darn spot on to me.
You are right on the prop hub though.

Hi

BEAUTIFUL! How bout a tri-color camo for the Avenger, it seems all the navy planes are boring dark sea blue overall. Will take some extra work, but it would be a nice and more interesting model. Maybe if you guys have some time, please?

thanks GRUNHERZ

The dark blue overall is correct for the time period that the USN planes are modelled for - ie; 1944. If an earlier plane like the F4U-1A or F6F-3 was added, they would be in tri-colours.

What I find funny is the nitpicking over details that even I can't discern as being incorrect, when the real glaring problem is that the propeller should be 3 bladed.  Guess you miss the obvious when you're looking for the anal.

lol, it seems less obvious when I zoom in, from that perspective in the SS it looks quite round.

but the prop spinner is still too long. ;p

Hi

Thats exactly why we should have a tri-color avenger, all the others are boring dark blue as in late war period. Avengers were there from 42 and obviously had the dark, medium blue and white paint.
