That idea of trying the <set all input> & <set all buttons> didnt work (AH still doesnt recognise the stick input), but you did give me a good idea about using the MS software to simulate a keystroke instead. Problem solved, I've got my joystick buttons back again.

P.S. name another company that you can call for tech support and speak to the CEO.
